The vacuum chamber machine is used to vacuum out the air from bags containing perishable or sensitive products. Products that benefit from this kind of preservation include meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, cheese and many others foods. This system of preserving is not only easy and affordable, it effectively protects against problems such as freezer burn.

Build completely with stainless steel, the TC-420F includes a transparent lid, bladder activated seal, and stainless steel housing. The water resistant (IP 65), MPC 20 microprocessor LCD control panel features 20 programs with an oil indicator. Includes durable aluminum seal bars, and a DVP vacuum pump. Soft air.

Vacuum bags, also referred to as pouches or shrink bags, hold your perishables and work seamlessly in conjunction with the vacuum sealing. Bags are typically 3-mil in thickness and come in all sizes to fit a variety of needs. These bags can also be placed in boiling water for cooking, and include light barrier for storage in meat cases when selling the product.
